As a courtesy to all, we ask that a 24 hour notice be given if you need to cancel or change your appointment. All appointments will be charged in advance at time of booking. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice quests will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. If you need to modify or cancel an appointment please text or call us (508)0 775-7546.

We realize that there will be times when a patron will be late for an appointment. In such instances, the allotted time for the service will be shortened accordingly with no fee adjustment.

Appointments for multiple services and for some individual services will have to be guaranteed by credit card.

No refund is possible if cancelled less that 24 hours in advance.
